Sometimes that's the way life feels, everything slip-sliding away. I used an old Uniball Vision fine point pen on this one. It gave me a few fits but over-all functioned. I used the 8.25 by 5.5 inches acid-free paper. Original Jones Art thought he should upload 'something' to show he hasn't thrown the towel in in northwest Austin, Texas.

The title sounds like the one of Paul Simon's best songs and the message is as follows " the nearer destination the more you sip slidin' away", and it's mostly true about me, Hope this works differently with you. Good graphics

Artist Reply: You hit the nail on the head regarding the song, Nikolay. I think one understands that song in new and deeper ways as one ages---like any good piece of art. Hope all is going well. :)

Hi Charles:So glad the old pen worked it's magic for you. Nice dots of course but I'm " dot biased". Looking forward to what's ahead with your artwork. Take care of yourself

Artist Reply: Thanks, John! Yeah, the dots took me longer than almost anything else, truthfully. They have to be 'thoughtfully' placed, as you know. Hope all is good where you are. :)

Chicago actually had a dust storm the other day , visibility and wind gusts were something else. This cleverly drawn wobbly gent seems to be experiencing the same. Best to you Charles this Sunday evening.

Artist Reply: Austin's been its usual hot and humid self this past week, Dave. AND today is no different. Yeah, what America needs is another 'dust bowl.' Hope all is good otherwise. :)
