The two mermaids chat beneath a waxing moon. I painted this a few years ago. I don't remember the size, but it's definitely painted with oils. The blobs across their breasts are the cover-ups I added. Image is not to be misappropriated in any way without my written consent. Copyright © V O ALLEN
