A Scelidosaurus harrosonii on the move through a forested area during the early Jurassic. This artwork was completed in April/May 2004 with a combination of graphite, charcoal, and carbon pencil on a 9"x12" illustration board. Specifically, the dinosaur and ferns were completed in charcoal (mostly 2B and 4B), the trees in carbon, and the background in graphite (mostly B and 2B). This was the first artwork I completed with help from my current art teacher, Don Phillips. It appeared in the magazine entitled Prehistoric Times issue #66.
