I did this one with an airbrush on a piece of black vinyl. Then I used the vinyl to make a spare tire cover on my jeep. The skull I used as reference was a Texas longhorn that died of natural causes and had much longer horns that went straight out. But the three foot span from tip to tip was too wide for the cover so I shortened them and turned the tips downward.
