Rusty, this is a beautiful portrait, very striking with your choice of colors and the powerful expression on your colleague's face. His eyes are very intense expressing his intelligence, intensity and warmth. It is difficult to capture all this in a portrait;however you have condensed a lot of emotion in one image. Great work!!
