I made a loose sketch for a painting with this idea years ago but thought I'd try a cleaner one with the color pencils. I think it came out okay. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art revisiting the past here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: Thanks, Dave! I thought there was a sense of serenity to the face. Whether that sense is brought about by cranial emptiness or a true feeling of contentment, is up for interpretation. Or something like that. :)
