As luck would have it, I received another envelope with an over-sized window covered with transparent film and drew this. This window measured 4.5 by 3 inches and I again left a bit of of the envelope as a frame. I got a little carried away and signed it so you see my reversed signature, lower right. So what did Original Jones Art do while staying out of the heat today? Well, this among other things here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: I'm afraid it's a bit 'loosey-goosey' as I look at it again, Dave. But the idea wasn't a bad one. It's sort of hot and sort of cloudy today, so I'm thinking that's in the positive spectrum. The head is coming along---I'm fiddling with its eyes and mouth today. :)
