5x7 acrylic paint pen on canvas board. Years ago I planted one of these. This year it finally bloomed rather profusely. They grow wild in the woods quite near us. I just wanted one in the yard. The white flower is a real sign that spring is well underway and is worthy of being the subject matter of a painting.
