Oil on canvas 16x20 - This structure, located near Mountain Rest, SC, still survives and has been converted to quaint and unique residence. I worked from my pen and ink drawing which in turn was done from photos I shot back in the late 1970's. At that time the old mill was abandoned but in pretty good shape. The flume, which had come in from the left, was however missing.
