I have probably 6 drawings ready for upload but chose the one I was working on last. Isn't that the way it goes? This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing with color pencil and a bit of acrylic paint marker on medium bond paper. Yes, as you may deduce, this is yet another scrap of Original Jones Art as he listens to music, drinks coffee and works on 'stuff' here in northwest Austin, Texas. Damn the luck.

Artist Reply: I think because there are, in actuality, few real mysteries, Ray. 'What you see is what you get' should be a daily mantra with the next sentence being 'Try to see more.' Thanks! :)

I like the tonal quality . Also the writing . Nice work, Charles : )

Artist Reply: Tried to go back to my roots with this one, Dave, when I used drawing as exorcism, to cast out my demons---with varying results, of course. Some of my drawings during my re-submergence (1999 through around 2003) are pretty rough but served the purpose. Thanks! :)
