This is the ghost of a monotype print done by inking a plate and lifting off the white areas with paint thinner. It's a reflection of agoraphobia where a simple crowd can appear menacing. A sense of feeling isolated or alienated in the midst of one another. The original background is deep black with strong red streaks, but I like the effects of the ghost print, the second print off of the plate. Yes, it gives it more of a ghostly quality.

The felling of a credit card crowd reviewing their debt line! Interesting picture that can tell many tales.

In this case, the ghost is much more successful, if I can imagine what a contrast the original run had. I like the way you've displayed the faces as areas of light only, and the hollow quality really invites a menacing read.
