Nira,I agree so much with you,many of us ,myself have as you would put it ,put your foot in your mouth,,,,not meaning to hurt anyone ,wishing you would never of said it ,,,BUT,,once said it's so so difficult to apologize ,because you THOUGHT it,,,but I tell you Nira as we get older in believe we are more careful with our Vocabulary,our words,,,,,,BUT that's a generational thing too,my father ,a bright person but from another culture said things to us that were not accepted,,same as my grandkids who would tell me ,or correct me in the ways of today..,,but then again we came to this wonderful Canada ,not knowing one word of English.....
