You say wouldn't Clematis look good in this colour in the fall,,,,,,,well the leaves wilt away, fall off & in turn a Silky Beautiful Seed Pod forms which I believe are really amazingly Stunning.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Al

The way you manipulate the digital image, somehow makes it better than the real thing.

Artist Reply: Thanks you Kevin

These Clematis are so so different in these colours ,yes as they are in beautiful hues of pinks, lavender to Purples to the most popular Deep Blue, the Imperials the size of your palm ,,,,like the panting I posted after 6 months of no painting ,I chose to paint my Clematis vines growing everywhere.

Artist Reply: Thank you Al. Wouldn",t it be nice to have Clematis this color in the fall!

Clematis ,come in hues of pinks ,lavender ,tones,of,Purples,& Bright Blues.,They have a fantastic Seed Pod in the Autumn, almost Silky feel which itself looks great on a fence or archway.

Artist Reply: Thank you Al, they were originally lavender and pink clematis. Great comment!

What happened to our beautiful Blue imperial Colours, these make terrific fences & they tower 30 ft ,actually they can get out of control like your Virginia Creeper ,to the Sky.

Artist Reply: This was done from a photo from 2004 and I have no idea where it was taken. I know it was not my garden! Maybe y Dads farm?
