I really am attracted to this series. It's strong and gives me so much to consider, aside from the very creative and beautiful artwork.

Angel becomes human....Painful. No longer pure...The loss of wings brings us down to earth. No way back. Forever human. This is an intriging and beautiful painting Thom.

Oh, this is really quite beautiful Thom!! Abstract, without taking away the spiritual quality!! Wonderful presentation!!! ~S

What a creative and perceptive piece...beautiful use of colors again and textural feel...one becomes part of your work so easily. Your depth of emotion is compelling.

I like the textures very much,it has almost the feel of fabrics, the combination of colours is awesome,I like the fallen feathers as well.I have the feeling this angelis alittle bit big for the scene, thom.I wonder whos portrait he represents.I WOULD PREFER MORE SHADE,esppecially with your titel.his wings and especcially the onein front looks to me like a scarf.

Super work! Thom

Justin Jenkins 10 Jan 2005

Id have to say the layering of textures has to be the most interesting part of these surreal works. The symbolism and titles really reflect your message well together.
