Beautiful work.... parts almost look like a watercolor with the loose soft feeling. Is that snow painted on... the white specks? Or is is shine from the varnish?
Breath-taking Betty, just stunning! Love the light dusting of snow that is falling, the purplish haze of the mountains, and my goodness those buildings way in the distance with snow gathering on there roofs tops, just excellent!! The golden colour of the grasses, and the trees all barren and naked waiting for their winter coats.. absolutely wonderful! The whole painting is so perfectly balanced!! :o)
