This was originally a line ad with simple "help wanted" verbiage. After researching the position, I decided it needed to be much larger, incorporate stronger/bolder copy and imaging, beginning with a headline that would make the reader stop and look. Keeping it black and white helped it to stand out among all the color ads around it.
