Ivy born Aug 24, 2003 in the closet in the garage in our Ozark house died Monday Jan. 15, 2018. I painted these about 12-13 years ago. In the bottom painting she is with her litter sister Dixie, who lives with my daughter & family. Ivy always met me at the door when I came home saying "hi" in her perky way, and at the door when I left saying "good by", and she followed me every where in my day talking to me. Now the silence is deafening.

Really sorry for your loss, Sharon. I remember when my Dad's boy passed on (his long haired black cat that is). He use to always hog my lap much to the chagrin of my own boy. I Still think about him from time to time. Have several renders that I did of him as well as my boy too. Anyway you are now in my thoughts and wish you well during this time, Sharon.Vernonette Gaddy 17 Jan 2018
