Soft Pastel on UArt 400 carton, pasted onto foamboard. 23 x 30 cm. Painted from a photo I shot near my home. Split the photo theme into 5 main shapes, sketched a Notan of 4 values, then made an underpainting in pastel, washed with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry then went mad with the pastels. Tried for an impressionistic look. Not sure if I should crop it. Suggestions welcome.
