The Graduate Me

This is a picture of me trying on my cap and gown taken the day before my graduation from Towson State University in June 1979. I started my teaching career in September 1979, and I taught grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 2 until I retired in June 2005. I was a Substitute Teacher for about 7 years after I retired, and now I am a Volunteer Reading Tutor for grade levels 1 and 2.
