Community Judge

This is the woman that sees all and judges all in the community. The people see her as a rock and bring thier dusputs before her for arbitration. There are too few of these people these days. Peace keeepers are sorely needed in these troubled times.

A matriachal image. There is something quintassentially black about that. I have seen many of these great matriarchs in their dying days, surrounded by grieving family.
