THIS IS MY 244th !!! PANORAMA PHOTO PUBLISHED IN THE WILMINGTON NEWS JOURNAL IN THE "DELAWARE" SECTION SINCE APRIL, 2011.

The water at Cape Henlopen has receded so much that people can walk way out on the sand flats where there used to be water.
