I really would like to have seen more of your work before I rated this. If you were trying to get a beautiful night shot it did not happen. If you were trying to show something else I missed it. Put up more photos of your work! I would like to get a better feel of your style

anyone can take a photo at night, it does not take very much skill or talent to do that. my 5 year old neice could have done this just as well. lucky for you baltimore is so photogenic at night.
Need special goggles to see through the dark:) The best time to do night photography is at Dusk, just after the sun has sunk below the horizon and the sky is still illuminated by the glow of the setting sun. Usually, in New England the best time of year is when we change the time forward. It gets dark earlier and the city is illuminated like a jewel because all the office buildings are still open. The drawback is that you freeze your butt. I would explore different ways by creating a serie of night vision.
