Cabin In the Storm

June 2002 Watercolor With a sudden disability, or simply because of life circumstances, we can find ourselves overwhelmed with challenges and problems that seem too large to conquer. Unrelenting and powerful, the forces can render us feeling vulnerable isolated and helpless. Survival and comfort become essential. When times are too hard, we need not feel alone just seek the sanctuary that is near, the friend that awaits. If not found within, it can be found within reach.

Becky, Thanks for your comments on my art. I like this work because it shows the changing part of nature and how merciful nature is. The clouds and the purples in the background activate this painting and give it great hope.
