I had submitted this piece once before for my portfolio, but the photograph was taken at a funny angel, and so didn`t do it justice. So, I laid the image flatter this time and took a clearer more acurate pic to display! This is a poster sized piece that I did way back in the 9th grade when we were doing a farm machinary study. This is a crankshaft from an old John Deer tractor! I love this piece beacause it`s so unlike anything else I`ve ever done before. Mediums used were conte and Charcoal. (Though this image was better than the last, it`s not perfect. please excuse the slightly grainy texture my camera added to it) =)
