Dalan Raymer, the main character of DA Shadow Phantom, has a tattoo-like mark that is a visual representation of his destiny. He has yet to fully discover that destiny, but what he does know is that he must use his unusual abilities to help protect the weak, or he will be driven insane by these same abilities.
