You sure captured the wavy mane and tail of a Fresian! Many pencil artists struggle with using dark tones.. you've got that down! I agree with adding a few really light ones. Lengthen the neck slightly. Very nice!

proportions are good, you should try and get more of a contrast - light to dark (highlight some areas)
