Artist Reply: I'm implying that I wouldn't put it past some government agency to install a device, a hidden camera, in every TV that would monitor all those who are watching TV or are on a computer. I bit paranoid perhaps, but in a statist government not too far fetched. I have not owned a TV for decades :)
