Oil on canvas 16 x 12 Commissioned piece Rebecca just passed & succeeded entry to a high class Performing Arts School. Her face of joy and proud achievement I hope ive captured. Her grandfather calls her 'Truly Scrumpious' after the hit movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, hence the painting's title.
