Artist Reply: Thanks, Beth. You'd think they'd put up RW&B combos more often than they generally do here on Independence Day in WDC. Zambelli & Co. prefer to do Red for a while and then Blue for a while and then White for a while. It's great drama but not a photographer's dream.
