Artist Reply: thanks Kerra I would recommend looking at the painting books of Charles Reid, a nationally known painter who works mainly in WC in a loose impressionist style.
Martha . These works are very special. Rarely does a torso , a leg, a hand, a face evoke so much intimate understanding with veils,petals and crispy edges of color. The piece here may have been done for a "drawing" session (?) but the result is really far away, its own island. Space and time seem to hold these figures above the normal horizon. Great volume. I enjoy your comments. It is neat to meet a fine eye.
