river view

for many years i worked in a textile factory on the bank of a river. this was the view from the second floor, painted from memory since i left that dreary place a long time ago. 8x10 oil.

Very cool mood piece, there is something very evocative about this painting. Views out a window are so hard to do. Excellent composition, good use of that little house in the background to draw the eye.
