His Snowy Owl Whisper floats effortlessly to his out stretched arm as the two ponder the night, all its sounds, scents, and the sheer magic of the moment. The glorious winter moon looks down and smiles. All is well for the moment. This is an extreme mixed media work the original black & white rollerball drawing was done on 03/31/09 while I was waiting for my grand daughter Grace Ann Holmstrand to be born. I recently came across it again and thought I would add limited colors to it. I liked the magical feeling of winter in it. The moon face was stolen from my good friend Leonardo Da Vinci.
