At the time I’ve created ”Chocolate, milk and caramel” I had a crazy chocolate craving :D . That craving materialized in the fact that me and Dany (my soul mate ;) ) used to make a whole chocolate tray every four days! Yep… we used to devour a whole tray in just a few days! It was delicious; it had a glossy texture and a dark sensual color (we added a lot of a special brand of cacao). I say ”used to” because after trays and trays of chocolate, we finally stopped (thank God… I was beginning to gain weight… hehe). The hue of the chocolate in the painting is created by me, mixing different colors. I had a special nuance in my heart and had to relax and let it come to me! The used colors reflect the light, as seen in the pictures above. Honestly, the painting should be called ”Cream and caramel chocolate”, but at that time I wasn’t listening to my heart entirely, and so I wrote on the back a different title (the perfectionist inside me is kicking and screaming!!!) Well, the title doesn’t matter so much; after all, the taste remains delicious! Bon Appetite!
