Photos, sometimes tell a story.
My Polish roots.
Upper photo is the Kenig family. My grandparents, Yosef (Z"L) & Lea (Z"L) and their kids: Asher, Arye (Z"L) & THE BABY IS MY MOTHER, hadassa.
Photo taken in Tel- Aviv beach, 1944.
The photo below, a ruined photo that survived the TIME...
My grandparents (Z"L) in the middle, with family both sides.
Photo taken in Lublin, Poland before WW2. Most members of the family were executed in WW2... in concentration camps : Majdanek & Treblinka .
Luckily, my grandparents came to Israel, before WW2. Another person from this photo survived the holocaust.

Extremely moving Nira, hope one day people will understand that life is the most precious thing and that peaceful attitude is better than nothing. Unfortunately, since the very beginning, the human being is not making progresses !!! Let's keep optimistic ANYWAY !!!!!!! Love !!!!Anonymous Guest 18 Sep 2011
