If a city doesn't move with humanity, it will get lost. In this static city, silence is almost tangible. The two characters stare apathetical to the environment and are lost in the silence of the city.

So well painted. It makes me think that the buildings are looking down on them, almost in a hostile way with their pointed roofs.
