This pair of Shetland Sheepdogs have the most beautiful coats I have ever seen. In fact, their coats were so thick that the owner could not keep up the maintenance and found herself giving them away to someone who had the time to do so. When I began painting POOCH PORTRAITS I knew that I had to paint WHISPER AND SECRET. I loved using shades of orange, purple, blue, and yellow to complement their natural coloring.
