The Whispered Word, 'Lenore!'

A classic line from Edgar Allan Poe's 1845 poem, "The Raven." Also the title of this painting, from my figurine collection with the Hamilton Collection & Bradford Exchange. So - if this painting looks familiar, it's probably because you've seen the ads & mailers for my statue collection, hehe. The painting inspiration of my third statue in the series, my Lenore is a little gothling is sitting by the light of the moon, crouched in a crumbling window arch. This is my own original acrylic painting, character copyright ©Jasmine Becket-Griffith and the Hamilton Collection ©The Bradford Group (and check out the statues at bradfordexchange.com ) ©Jasmine Becket-Griffith - prints are available at http://www.strangeling.com and http://zazzle.com/strangeling*

So wonderful Jasmine....if I ever won the lottery, I swear I'd buy all your figurines. It's so hard to pick and choose!
