I have posted this before in a series of photos I call "The Perfect Day". It was also taken in November, after an early snow, but as you can see the lake was already frozen over. Today the snow level is around 2500 ft., so I'm sure the area is much like it was when this was taken in 2004. Wish I was there to enjoy it!! The logging road to get there will be impassable soon. I keep thinking, there's always next year..... If you have the time, check out the series of photos beginning with #210 on page 6 titled, "Come With Us"....(with snow heavy on the trees). It was an incredible day for both of us, a wonderful memory!! Tomorrow, I'll post a summer picture from the same place.
