Kerry Crowel | Artist Bio

I have a B.A from Columbia College, Chicago.

One of my interests is photojournalism. With a few exceptions, I try to avoid staged shots. (I do admire studio and abstract work as well.)

Some of my favorite photographers are; Paul Strand, Margaret Burke-White, Steve McCury, and of course Henri Cartier-Bresson.

My photo "Beware of Dog" was featured in the May, 2004 issue of Shutter Bug.

All images are shot on 35mm film stock and presented in full frame.
