IL World Record Buck

This was a commission that I did for Geri Scheider and her husband, who had found a World Record Buck beside the road... after calling the Dept of Game and Fish, the buck was cleared and tagged as a legal find. This buck's antlers (which are all that was left for me to draw with) currently ranks #1 in IL, and # 3 in the world for a pick up. I used a picture Geri supplied me with of the dead buck, and I put a face back on him... one more "alive" hehe. I loaded a picture of the finished piece because the other was too big to scan haha! They loved it, and the 20 limited edition signed prints went on to charities around the IL area for auction. This one I'm pretty proud of!

What are your thoughts about SCRUM mtdooeolhgy for project? I believe that it is another method to progress through the project and related phases, however, it appears that it could be a component of Agile projects. I have noticed in my job search that hiring managers/recruiters are asking for certified SCRUM masters. What are your thoughts about this? In my opinion, SCRUM is another way to help project team members understand their roles and responsibilities in the project but make this a requirement of a job is not being open to the work experiences of seasoned BAs. Of course companies can ask for whatever they want but I see too often that they really don't understand PM or BA responsibilities when they ask for certain things.
