Weborg Lodge Studio Original Watercolor Paintings began its life in 2002. My inspiration was the lovely film, Enchanted April. In one scene, a character is doing a plein air watercolor painting to relax and enjoy the beautiful Italian landscape. It motivated me to buy my first set of watercolor paints and begin a journey of creativity and joy. I've never looked back since that time. My theme has always been creating a visual landscape where you can relax. I don't paint city scenes. I prefer the countryside. Doing still life paintings is another passion to capture the past with its nostalgia and comfort. I hope they can give you some peace and solace.

Thank you so much, everyone! AW really is a community! I've decided to paint it again, but this time, I'll hang it in my home where I can enjoy it and the memories of Sophie. - Chris

Beautiful painting! So sorry you lost Sophie to cancer. I, too, have regretted selling some of my paintings; it's even worse for you, since it was a painting you did of your beloved Sophie. Hugs and prayers. - Blonde
