I was born in the U.K. but raised and educated in South Africa. After leaving school, I studied Textile design at Durban College of art. Having lived in such a beautiful country with plenty of flora and fauna around, I was always inspired by my surroundings.

As a young adult I wanted to see a bit more of the world. I decided to do some travelling and found myself back in the UK. I got into design and illustration whilst in England, working in this field for many years before my husband and I moved to Jersey, in the Channel Islands.

Now, 10 years later and with two children, I am surrounded by beautiful beaches and a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy the luxury of working from home in a calming and quiet studio, where the ideas just seem to flow.
