Hi, Im Rachel den Ambtman, Im 24 years, and I am working on becoming a freelance illustrator. Ever since I was young I allready loved pencils, tho I was often told that I couldnt make my living with it, so I tried to concentrate on different things, but mostly I got bored pretty fast and gave up, knowing that what I was doing I didnt wanted to do my whole life. Since allmost a year ago I have met a girl, a very good friend now, she sort of pulled me back into drawing and making art. I did a lot of research and noticed that it is possible to make a living out of art, tho it is a long way and I only just started. I allready got a lot of my old work and a bit new work on deviantart, but I want to use this site for my favorite and new work.
