Born in Milan from a milanese family, he inherits from his father, Giorgio Bulgari, the passion for the goldsmith's art and the art in general, and he is the only one among his sons to follow his father's personality, he invent and models himself every piece, blending precious stones with a painter sensitivity. Since 1978 Silvano Bulgari creates the "Artefice" trade mark and begins his artistic growing, also at international level, both in jewellery field both in sculpture field, exclusively creating unique pieces by the wax casted tecnic. With his presence in Italy, USA, Germany, Middle Orient, Silvano Bulgari sets himself exclusively to a selected customers who receives in his show-room in Milan. With his limited productiion that spaces from the Jewellery Sculpture to the Object Sculpture realize also by commission, following exclusively his own artistic instinc that gets inspiration from the objective and fantastic reality that surronds him and from old culture. He builds manufactures for Esso, Agip, Tamoil, RAS Insurance, Comune of Milan, Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Center, Hesperia Group, Rodriguez, Caliari Yacht, Mochi Craft. He realizes old jewels and sculpture for film's stage designing, he partecipates to exsibitions and parades (Circolo della stampa di Milano, Circolo del Giardino di Milano, Le Palais di Milano, Palazzo Marino Milano, Hesperia D'oro di Modena, Lions Club di Milano, Milano le guglie, Al 111 di Angioletta Miroglio di Milano, Anlaids di Milano, Hypo Bank di Monaco di Baviera, Hotel Principe di Savoia di Milano, Hotel Duca di Milano, Hotel Regina Isabella di Ischia, Hotel Excelsior di Roma, Rotary Club di Milano, Palazzo del Parlamento Europeo di Strasburgo, Ambasciata Italiana al Mandarin Hotel di Manila, Fondazione di Studi di Storia dell’ Arte Roberto Longhi).
