N.D "Avasa Patel" -- I am a self-taught fantasy artist. I work mainly in acrylics but also use a variety of other mediums in my paintings which are, for the most part, mixed media (my other mediums include: charcoal, graphite, watercolors, and colored pencils). You can see more of my artwork at my DeviantArt gallery. Aside from fantasy art which is my genre of choice, I also enjoy doing emotional portraiture. To me, the human face is one of the most fascinating subjects around. When it comes to my actual subjects, you can see from my gallery that I do women/girls most (if not all) the time. This is simply becuause I find women more natural to draw (being a girl myself) though I am working torwards to adding more males into my portfolio.
