Ricci Michaels is a self taught artist who has been painting for over 30 years and has work in many private and public collections across the United States and abroad. An eclectic artist whose work covers numerous mediums includiing murals, canvas, home furnishings, jewlery. Her use of vibrant colors and fluid elongated figures tell stories of everyday life experiences. A native of Philadelphia, she has traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad, before settling in Cincinnati Ohio. She has shown in several Cincinnati galleries including The Robert S, Marx Law Library/University Of Cincinnati,The Cincinnati Art Museum, The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, The Weston Art Galleries. She was a founding member of the Attic Gallery/ Newport Ky. a past member of the Cincinnati Art club and owner of King James Studio.
