Prelli Williams is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, 1984, (BFA). Bachelor of Fine arts degree. He is an accomplished Multi-discipline Visual Artist who specializes in customized realist portraiture and functional art. Williams’ also creates interior and exterior murals. His art has graced the walls of government buildings private residences galleries and museums. Additionally, he has created album covers designs, book illustrations, promotional materials, news publications, gallery displays, clothing, and everything in between. Founder of PrelliArtWorks, the native Washingtonian has been a District of Columbia gem for decades. He prides himself on working with groups, schools, and community organizations to cultivate children’s creativity and to bring out the artistic side in adults. Although Prelli credits Van Gogh, Dali, and Picasso with being his creative influences, his formal training in graphic design, Mixed-media, and advertising are evident in a masterfully merged style demonstrated in his artwork.
