After many years as a student and instructor in the art field, I finally have time to devout to my love of painting. My background includes artwork for advertising, porcelain painting, designing jewelry for my own manufacturing company and using all types of medias to produce a piece of art. Most of my work, I do for myself to improve my skills attempting various subjects but since I have retired and have a studio, I find most of my time is devoted to my students which is enabling me to pass on my knowledge to a new generation of artists. There are so many artists in Morocco producing a large variety of work however the need is great for art schools so I am trying to contribute to this void. My time is allocated to my studio, teaching at the local International School, serving as President of a NGO, The American International Women's Association of Rabat, Morocco (whose members represent 22 nations) which is envolved in local charity work and the improvement of cultural understanding AND as a representative to a worldwide NGO, The Federation of American Women's Clubs Overseas which basically does the same things but on a larger scale with 17,000 members.
