Neda Darzi Was born in 1971.She started academic painting at High school of the Arts in 1986 in 1995 received her B.A in painting from Tehran Open University,followed by her M.A in 1998 from Tehran Art Univercity.
Neda Started tapestry weaving in 1999 and making ceramic in 2000.Later in 2002,by mixing some of her original art works got involved with making conceptual video installation for an exhibition at Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art,Which reflect Iranian culture as well as her own identity.She held seven solo and forty-one group exhibitions in Iran,Italy,France,Spain and Turkey.She also took part in three short film festivals in 2002,made seven video arts and one documentary in 2004 based on Z.Pamela Karimi's research"the female body in post revolutionary Iranian women's art",for MIT University,USA.
