I'm Steve. I've always loved music. And it's always been more to me than entertainment. I started drumming about 22 years ago. I think I loved playing the drums because it was something that I could throw my whole body into. For every memory I have there is a soundtrack to go along with it. In my twenty-two years of music I have played on stage and in studio, in the seclusion of an empty cellar and in the reverence of a church worship service. I have played, recorded, written, produced and listened. I have been lifted to the highest heights and driven to the lowest lows, though the lines have many times been blurred and roles reversed. I've cried in pain and joy, laughter and worship. Music spilled into every part of my life and I spilled my life into music. I began expressing the 'moods' of music pictorially by designing cd inserts, posters and web graphics. The pictures I've posted on this site are a collection I've started, influenced by the many moods that music encourages. The collection may never be finished. But these burned the brightest in me and so I begin with these. Amour for the love of my life... Morose for the pain... Fury for the fire... Tranquil for the peace... and Random for life.
